About Us
Creating learning experiences with every mind in mind.
Why Mindiverse Exists
Learning is not one-size-fits-all. People differ in how they process information, regulate emotions, communicate, focus, remember and participate. Yet many learning environments still expect everyone to engage in the same way.
Mindiverse was created to help change that. We support children, young people and adults through approaches that recognise individual strengths, reduce unnecessary barriers and make learning feel more manageable and meaningful.
Rather than asking people to fit into rigid systems, we help families, educators and organisations understand what people may need in order to feel safe enough to participate, curious enough to explore and confident enough to grow.
The MINDI Method
The MINDI Method is Mindiverse’s evidence-informed approach to understanding the whole learner.
It brings together education, psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness to explore how attention, memory, emotional regulation, sensory experiences, confidence and environment can influence learning and participation.
The aim is not to offer a single formula. It is to help people notice what is happening, understand individual needs and design realistic strategies that can be used in everyday life.
Your guide to mindful, neuroinclusive learning.
What Guides Our Work
Neuroinclusive
We recognise different ways of thinking, processing, communicating and participating without treating difference as a deficit.
Evidence-informed
Our work draws on education, psychology, neuroscience, learning design and reflective professional practice.
Practical
Research is translated into realistic ideas, tools and strategies that people can apply in everyday settings.
Human-centred
We begin with the person, their environment and their goals rather than forcing people into a fixed approach.

Explore Workplace SupportMeet the Founder
Mindiverse was founded by Raphaella Venencia, a qualified teacher, learning and development professional, facilitator and mindfulness practitioner with experience supporting children, young people, families and professionals.
Raphaella’s background spans teaching Science and Maths, tutoring, learning design, professional development and facilitation. Her work is informed by a BSc in Psychology, postgraduate teacher training and ongoing doctoral research exploring inclusive learning design for neurodivergent learners.
Mindiverse grew from a belief that people learn best when they feel understood, supported and safe enough to engage. That belief continues to shape every workshop, resource and learning experience.
Let’s create learning that works for more minds.
Whether you are supporting a learner at home, developing inclusive practice within a school or creating better learning experiences across an organisation, Mindiverse can help you identify a practical next step.
