Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Standard Products: Items that are not customized or made-to-order are eligible for return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Print-on-Demand Items: Due to the customized nature of print-on-demand products, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return or refund.
Exceptions
- Items that are customized or made-to-order (such as print-on-demand products) cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund

- Your name and order number.
- A description of the issue (e.g., photos of damage if applicable).

Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If a faulty item is approved for return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Damaged or Defective Items
