The science behind this workshop
This workshop draws on education, psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness and inclusive learning design. It explores how attention, memory, cognitive load, emotional regulation and psychological safety influence learning, while recognising that every child and family is different.
The aim is not to offer a single solution or to encourage parents to recreate school at home. Instead, you will be supported to make informed, realistic adjustments that reduce barriers and help learning feel safer and more manageable.
